Needs Analysis 1. What venue should we use for a movie premier? A. Three choices -AMC Universal Ciniplex 20 -Regal Pointe Orlando Stadium 20 & Imax
Needs Analysis 2. Restrictions we should be aware of… a. Viewers of the film must be ages 13 and older b. On school nights, kids must be back to the center before 10:30 pm c. All press involving the BGCCF, including trademarks must be approved d. If media is present, the children must have a press release signed by their parents
Needs Analysis • How many people will be attending the event? – 150 children ages ranging from 13-18 – 1 chaperone for every 15-20 children is required • Total of 165 people (children, chaperones, staff)
Needs Analysis • Is transportation going to be provided by us or the client? -Each BGCCF has its own form of transportation
