Krishnagiri is the world famous for Mango Fruit and for Mango Pulp. Over 40,000 hectares are under mango cultivation, producing 3.5 lacs MT of Mango Fruits every year. Our HACCP certified Aseptic and Canning Factories are located right in the growing belt of Top Quality Mangoes. We produce large quantity of mango pulp (Totapuri/Alphonso) every year under GOOD HYGIENIC CONDITION, and exporting 90% of our production to Middle East, UK, and East Asia Countries and balance 10% of our production is consumed by domestic Market. We have our range of Mango and Guava Pulp as detailed below: Natural Totapuri Mango Pulp Natural Alphonso Mango Pulp Natural Pink Guava Pulp Natural White Guava Pulp Sweetened Alphonso and Totapuri Mango Pulp Mango Pulp Packing in A10 OTS cans (3.1kg), 215 Aseptic Bag in MS drums and Sweetened Mango Pulp in A2 ½ OTS cans (850 gm). About Indian Mango Pulp: Mango Pulp is made from selected varieties of Fresh Mango Fruit. Fully matured Mangoes are harvested, quickly transported to the fruit processing plant, inspected and washed. Selected high quality fruits go to the Controlled Ripening Chambers; Fully Ripened Mango Fruits are then washed, blanched, pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, homogenized, concentrated when required, thermally processed and aseptically filled maintaining commercial sterility. Mango Pulp Processing Method: The preparation process includes cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing. In case of aseptic product the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags. The refined pulp is also packed in OTS cans, hermetically sealed and retorted. Frozen pulp is pasteurized and deepfrozen in plate freezers. The process ensures that the natural flavour and aroma of the fruit is retained in the final product under GOOD HYGIENIC CONDITION. Mango Pulp’s Usage: Mango Pulp/Concentrate is perfectly suited for conversion to Juices, Nectars, Drinks, Jams, Fruit Cheese and various other kinds of beverages. It can also be used in Puddings, Bakery Fillings, and Fruit Meals for children and Flavours for Food Industry, and also to make the most Delicious Ice Creams, Yoghurt and Confectionery.
