GOAL: I am looking forward to become one of the company’s asset- in developing quality and customer friendly services. It goes hand in hand with my desire to improve my communication skills. As a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate, we were exposed into dealing with people and their needs and it gives me a greet feeling of fulfillment at the end of the day; that somehow I’ve made a difference. In relation to this, I’ve made a quick research on the company’s services and I found out that Convergy’s deals with people’s needs, so I’m going to tap that skill to fullest gain of the company. I’m also willing to undergo trainings to maximize my fullest skills. In the past I had been involved in youth organizations both in our community and church such as the YFC.
