My Philosophy of Education as a Preschool Teacher
I believe that every child:
Deserves to have a special attention and let him/her express their thoughts. Is a potential genius. Is curious with his/her surroundings. Learns everyday whether he/she is at home, church and in school. Needs our help to develop his/her talent. I believe that I am responsible in molding the characteristics and personality of my students. By doing this, I must have a never-ending patience, love and care for them. I will understand their abilities to become a better human being.
I believe that my Task as a Teacher:
Attend teacher workshops/trainings in order to maintain and improve professional competence. Discuss with parents and guardians about children’s progress and needs. Engage my students to activities that will improve their social skills. Give attention to the children showing signs of emotional, developmental, or healthrelated problems. Help my students to understand my subject matter. Is to teach my Preschoolers the basic skills such as color, shape, write their own names, personal hygiene and letter recognition. Provide a variety of materials and resources for my students to explore and imagine. Serve my students nutritious snacks. Teach my students good values. Teach my students proper eating habits. Teach my students to become independent by keeping their things properly.
