Is this going to be a direct move or are you going to have multiple stop overs? 7. How do you weight the truck? Where? Will I be there? 8. Will you adjust the price if the loaded furniture/goods weight is more or less from what you estimated? Please add this statement clearly in your moving estimate. 9. Please list all the moving dates you will be available between Dec 9th 2009 and Dec 16th 2009? 10. How long will it take for my stuff to arrive at my new place after you pick them up from my current location? 11. Does the price include the insurance? Any deductible? Please include the insurance policy in your estimate. 12. What is going to happen if my TV is broken or my furniture is scratched? How will I file a claim? How long will it take to resolve the claim? 13. How differently will you handle these claims? 14. Who am I going to be talking for claims? 15. How fast will the claim be processed?
