Class ranges will be announced before round 2, when all entries are known. Unrated players are also eligible for all other prizes in their section up to a limit of 100 $. Players with a rating index exceeding the section limit by more than 100 points may not play in that section (e.g. xxxx.13 ineligible for section D). 2
