Money Matters

Money is related to everything that is important in our lives here on earth, it is a fuel that energizes our dreams as we live to advance God’s rule in the hearts of men. As the scripture says, money is the answer to everything!

Where attention goes, energy flows and the results show!

This year we are believing God for a 2 million budget to reach out to more people with the gospel. In this series, we will learn how to prosper and how to participate with joy and feel the pleasure of God in our lives.

I. Let us begin with the foundation of learning the Key to all the secrets of financial success, i.e. Wisdom. Pro. 3:13-16 Blessed is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gets understanding. For the profit from it is better than the gain from silver, and its produce more than fine gold; she is more precious than rubies; and all the things you can desire are not to be compared with her. Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand, riches and honor

Pro. 2:6 For Jehovah gives wisdom; out of His mouth come knowledge and understanding II. Wise living is God’s will and brings pleasure to Him

Paul’s prayer Col.1:9-10 For this cause we also, since the day we heard, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that you might be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that you might walk worthy of the Lord to all pleasing, being fruitful in every work and increasing in the knowledge of God

A Spirit filled life is a life that knows the will of God with all wisdom & understanding resulting to a life worthy of God’s call: Pleasing to Him Bearing fruits Growing in knowledge of God

III. The key to financial success is wisdom, and wisdom is simply applied knowledge with understanding or insight. A wise person is a good manager of God’s blessings, Money matters to Him Matthew 25: 14-29 Please read

Mat 25:20-21 And so he who had received five talents came and brought another five talents, saying, Lord, you delivered five talents to me. Behold, I have gained five talents above them. His lord said to him, Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful over a few things; I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.

IV. Taking the challenge to transform our mind-set and habits in managing our finances. “ Rich people manage their money well ; Poor people mismanage their money well”

Let us learn God’s 5 principles of financial success , understand and apply them then, we will see God’s multiplying what He has given us and giving will no longer be a strange word to us but the norm of a born again, spirit filled, Christ-like life!

Income – Savings , the key to your wealth Budgeting – controlling the money and not being controlled by money Debt eliminating – learning the difference between bad debt & good debt Investing- learning the art of passive income Giving- the law of reciprocity
