I really want to do my job that is to really map up the future for you guys. And to really help you understand what lies ahead of you to the road to success. (4:22) You guys are subjected to a new domain as future for yourself if you take advantage of what’s available(6:14) you’re in the right place at the right time (6:25) We are going to cover ten key points, ten key topics with you tonight to really hope to set you on pace to really give you some clarity on the things you’re going to pay attention to, to go get what you came here to get whatever that is for you as in individual. (6:32) Ordinary people such as Michele and myself, and I don’t think we are ordinary anymore with what we’ve learned from Herbalife, but when we started the business we were certainly that. Thanks to Herbalife and the company has provided I think we are now extra ordinary people and living an extraordinary lifestyle. (7:07) If you guys pay attention to not only tonight but if you pay attention to your coach and what your sponsor says for the next several days, several weeks, several months, you too as well there’s no question about it, no question about it you too as well will get what you desire. (8:09) So you guys make sure you got a clean sheet of paper, a pencil, I want to cover with you guys some points within the next 30 minutes or so and hopefully this will make a difference for you. (8:24) This is one the things that you can count on this organization which is Herbalife, we’re going to tell you the truth. We are absolutely going to tell you the truth. (8:46) When we first started this business I really didn’t think that I needed to learn a lot of things, I just wanted to make money, and it was plainly shared with me, Michael if you already had everything you needed, you would have everything you wanted (9:19) If I really possessed all the skills, all the talent, all the knowledge, all the things that I really needed, then I really I would have everything that I wanted, I would have the success the prosperity, the abundance, the wealth and all of those things obviously I didn’t have them and being clear with that from the beginning it allowed me to open up, be teachable, be coachable, and listen to people who had success that I wanted and then to be able to take that information and assimilate so I then can do what they did and I encourage you guys to do the same. (9:26) Be clear on why you’re here. (10:00) You have to understand, what is it truly why you are here. Is it out of desperation and your current financial situation which by the way a lot of people come to it that way.(10:15)

You have to understand what is your why and what is it that you’re working for? What do you want this business to give you? What do you want it to give you in three months? 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 3 years, 5 years and 10 years. (10:50) What do you want this business to give you in the 90 days, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 3 years, 5 years and 10 years.?(11:20) As you grow as a person, as a leader, as an individual and as you move forward in your business to learn that certainly that is a big part of it (material things) but of course there are many areas and avenues as well, to ultimately attain what you want from the business, but really, why are you here? (12:10) A personal, emotional attachment to the product, for you guys to attain whatever it is that you want to get whatever it is for an individual, most of the time it has to do something with financial or prosperity or success, you must have an attachment to the product.(13:19) I is an absolute fundamental necessity to your success. (13: 36) A lot of times, with Herbalife, people assume it’s only about weight loss, first of all we’re not. Educate yourselves about all the things that are product can offer. An find some place that you can have an emotional movement by the product. (13:53) the sales person that I invited before they think it wasn’t necessary, they taught their skills alone will take them to success (15:05) you must have a personal, emotional attachment to the product, and that integrity in its self will be what will take you to success. It is purely that attachment to the product. (15:33) the product can help you reach a higher level of health whatever it is for you. (16:10) the product can make a difference for you, and that’s the success of your business absolutely must start.(16:25) People don’t make 15,000 a month, 30,000 a month, 50,000 a month , 80,000 a month by accident, it by a design in that road and you will be tested a little bit. (17:05) I mean tested of your results, tested on how much you really want for your family, there will be some challenging times and there isn’t anything that’s not worth working for but a lot of times, that emotional product will be the glue that actually keeps you here on the road to success.(17:13) Take full responsibility for your own success. (17:34) It is your responsibility to achieve success in our business. (17:44) Effort for Effort. That doesn’t mean that you give a little bit and they give twice as much. Your coach’s job is to match your effort per effort along the road to success. (18:02) Within our whole organization, we have a culture that’s unbelievable. The coaching and mentoring and walking with you step by step along with our calls, and all the things that we put in place as an organization to teach you and train you and guide you every step of the way. (18:32)

There’s no other opportunity that will give you the type of training, that will give you the type of support, step by step instruction, and the coaching and the mentoring and all those things that you’ll get here. (18:53) A poor distributor will fail despite of a great sponsor. (19:12) A great distributor will succeed despite of a poor sponsor. (19:24) Take full responsibility for your own success. (20:28) Make an absolute 12 month and total commitment to your business.(20:30) The potential for you to make lots of money really fast is here!(21:22) If you guys commit to 12 months of doing this business, and again for each ad every individual set a different level, maybe that 12 months for you is giving 10 hours a week, maybe the 12 months for other people is giving 40 hours a week and build this thing as fast as they can do it, it’s different for each individual(22:16) You must give a 12 month commitment before you asses your success or your failure. If you pay attention failure is impossible. It will be impossible. If you do what we ask you to do and you do it with some passion, with some emotions and you do it day in and day out, if you do that for 12 months you will see success. (22:45) It is the most unbelievable feeling to b able to go to bed a night and wake up in the morning and never think about money. (24:18) Money is not an issue. That is an incredible power and place of freedom to be. (24:50) The wealth and the money that can come from the herbalife business and doing it with entire dedication and doing it with integrity, doing it with a commitment, it will really take you to a place of incredible freedom. Freedom again off the almighty dollar. And it’s a great place to be. (25:29) Allow time in your commitment and expectations to be in parallel with each other. (25:46) Raise your commitment level to match your expectations. (27:57) We continue to bring our expectations level down to our commitment level. (28:09) Expectations are the killer of dreams. (29:01) Work with your coaches and sponsors to keep your expectations and commitment parallel with each other. They will help you do that, and help you map out a plan to have success that you will look forward to. (29:44) Get positions to achieve your objectives in this business. (29:53) A key thing about positioning is to access the larger level s of income. (31:07) Residual income is a powerful thing. To not have to worry about money anymore and collect $40,000 a month from royalties and bonuses is pretty outrageous!(31:38) Your position in the marketing plan today, is in line with the expectations that you see 6 months from now, 12 months from now, 18 months from now. (32:13) At the supervisor level, there are many things available that are not available in the other levels. (32:42)

Understand the system, the technology that we have and use it to service your business. (33:38) We offer a way of doing the business that doesn’t have you in someone else’s house or someone in your house 5 nights a week, while you’re drawing circles and squares presenting an opportunity. (34:06) I would venture the fact that most of you guys are here because you can work from home.(34:20) We have something unique in our technology and we must use it to serve it. To make our business grow and make it national. It is international. (34:34) What I’m talking about is the fundamental philosophy on how we do to our business in this organization.(34:57) We have many people joining our organization because a lot of people want to control their future. (35:44) The only thing that we cant do is do the business for you and I don’t think any of guys you expect that.(37:02) Be willing to be held accountable. (37:07) For you to work with your coaches, your sponsors, or whoever is going to be the person to help you achieve success, and allow them to hold you accountable for what you say you want, if you say you want to be at $6,000 a month and the next 8 months and your willing to do this and your willing to do that and you’re willing to be on all of the training calls and you’re willing to go to the training events when there in your area, and you’re willing to be on the phone with them, and you’re willing to do 30 minutes a day when you’re business counseling and mapping out your success and you don’t do it they need to call you on. They need to be able to tell you “hey john why not? (37:40) I’m talking about what you want to be held accountable for, for what you want for you and your family.(39:16) Work on yourself to be better tomorrow than where you are today.(41:20) A better leader, a better communicator, a better person, just better more dynamic individuals each day as you grow your business. (42:10) And how do you make yourself a better person? I think it’s just through self development, personal development and education. (42:59) And the last one is Have Fun!(43:54) Making a difference for others is a huge emotional pay off. (45:32) One thing that you can always count on is we’re going to tell you the truth. (47:08)
