Modular Cleanrooms Cleanroom Partitioning System is designed for ease of installation and practical functionality, while maintaining modular flexibility to interchange by way of easy of demountability. The system can be integrated with a wide range of new or existing systems to coordinate any cleanroom facility or manufacturing environment. Simplified construction methods and our progressive/ non-progressive system will help minimize overall construction time.

Solid Panels for Cleanroom Partitions Modular walls have been installed in cleanrooms throughout the world in a range of applications from high technology electronic manufacturing to legislationcontrolled healthcare packaging. The system is readily adaptable to meet the requirements of most cleanroom classifications as determined by cGMP grades used in pharmaceutical applications. Make-up panels are produced within the sizing layout of the drawing. A complete range of partition walls and ceiling systems are available to meet the technical specifications of controlled environment rooms. Ceilings as well as partitions are inert, non particle-shedding, forming part of a cleanroom aseptic envelope to enable compliance with FDA validation procedures and cGMP standards.

Technical Specifications Ceiling Panels (Walkable / Non-Walkable) The ‘walk on’ load bearing roof system, not only provides the area with an environmentally controlled airflow, with the control of pressure, temperature, humidity and filtration systems being placed at high level, but also allows for access of maintenance personnel whilst not encroaching within cleanroom envelope. Ceiling system is designed not only to achieve its load bearing function but to add clean single joints to create a sleek clean flush surface. Innovative plank system allows the overall load of the ceiling to be spread by interconnection of joints on the panel edges, whilst being supported at the intermediate points by lattice beams over head, with a load of 150kgs which includes 2 persons with toolkits. Design engineers will calculate all loadings required to incorporate flush light fittings, HEPA filters, diffusers etc. Load bearing ceiling system is fully de-mountable and compatible with our wall systems and will meet all requirements where hygiene and cleanliness are a requirement.

Width Height

: 900mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm : Upto 6000 mm with provision for stacked panels for higher application : 60mm, 80mm and 100mm. Ability to carry and conceal services and return air ducts/raisers from nominally 0.8 mm thick GPSP zero spangle steel sheet with riveted construction. Other sizes can be customized based on layout

Sizes (Partations and Ceiling Panels)

Thickness

Floor Track

Recessed adjustable floor track to compensate floor undulations and allow flush coved finish.

Infill

PUF (Polyurethane Foam) PIR (Poly ISO Rinate) Honeycomb Kraft paper Mineral wool/Glass wool/Rock wool

Weight

9 kg/m² to 25 kg/m² dependant upon specification and thickness.

Panel Connection

Polyester powder coated/Precoated galvanized steel/Stainless Steel Polyester powder coated/Precoated galvanized steel/Stainless Steel Colour : Suitable RAL Colours Each panel is connected to it’s adjacent unit or door unit with a friction type interlocking key. This allows speedy erection and dismantling.

Glazing

Double flush glazing with 6mm toughened glass on both sides with in a frame.

Surface Finish

Door leaf from 0.8 mm /1.2 mm thick slip coated pre-galvanised steel sheet to ASTM A527/ ASTM A525, JIS G 3302 or BS 2989 (1994). Zinc coating 80-120 g/m2. Lock formed panels with internal stiffeners, 3.0mm thick hinge reinforcing, hardware mounting plates and lock protection. Stiffeners are used to provide extra strength and to prevent de-formation in doors

Door

Door frame from 1.2 mm / 1.6 mm thick pre-galvanised steel sheet with mitred and welded corners, frame stretchers, hinge reinforcing plates, fixing plates and hardware mounting plates. Coving

Optional radiused floor/ceiling coving accessories.

Air Leakage

Silicon for sealed applications

Integration

Concealed system provided by using inbuilt conduit with Electrical/Telephone/LAN /module boxes installed with in the panel. All cutouts are factory made and properly sealed. Optional items like wall guard, crash panel for the emergency exit, removable panels for the equipment movement can be given.

Note : The sizes of panels and ceilings depend on customer requirement and site conditions
