Cancellation and transfer Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, you may choose to credit the full value of your registration towards a future Terrapinn event. A 50% refund and the course documentation will be provided for cancellations received in writing up to 14 days before the event date. The company regrets that no refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the conference. A complete set of course documentation will, however, be sent to you. Terrapinn reserves the right to cancel or alter the content and timing of the program or the identity of speakers for reasons beyond its control.
