Here are certain factors that you should keep in mind on race day:

Even professional athletes adapt their race plans according to weather, road conditions, and how they are feeling on the day. Just because I PLAN to do the race at the interval paces shown does not necessarily mean I WILL do it that way.
The 9:15 start time you see is the official start time for the race for handcyclists. (That is 1 hours before many of the runners begin). You may have to add or subtract as many as TWENTY minutes to the times to figure out when I will be at any point on the course.
