Transfer of lease hold rights of plot No. 1/B, Quaid-eAzam Road, Multan Cantt. in favour of Mr. Aamer Aziz Qazi, Tariq Aziz Qazi, Mr. Haroon Aziz Qazi sons of Mian Abdul Aziz Naseem and Mst. Safoora Aziz W/o Mian Abdul Aziz Naseem according to their Sharai shares.

Sir, 1)

The undersigned is holding lease-hold rights of plot No. 1/B, Quaid-e-Azam Road, Multan Cantt. Multan under Survey No. 209/E (G.L.R.) in Schedule VII.

2)

That on 23.9.2002 the undersigned/lessee duly transferred all the lease-hold rights of plot No. 1/B to my three sons and wife as stated above according to their Sharai shares as ordained by Muhammadan Law through a written Gift Deed (Tamleek Nama) and in lieu thereof had surrendered the possession of demised property to them with all rights and privileges attached therewith which they duly accepted as per gift deed dated 23.9.02. In view of the above circumstances, it is, therefore,
