Test Certification : "Micro VBB is tested by ARAI (Automotive Research Association Of India) " Micro VBB is tested by an independent environmental testing agency for its reliability. Micro VBB has proved its durability time and again through passing the most rigorous testing procedures.The information below describes the tests we use to measure Micro VBB durability. The following test procedures were successfully performed on the Micro VBB: The Vibration test was performed according with IS9000 procedure for operation conditions. To approximate rigid mounting Micro VBB clamped on a Aluminum plate and subjected to the following test condition. A Sine wave with Algorithm Sweep from 10- 500 Hz +/- 5mm with 5g Acceleration without resonance. Duration of test was Three hours. One hour per axis. Humidity Test : Performed for 90 % Humidity at 55 C for a Single Cycle of 24 Hours. After the test Micro VBB found no abnormalities. High Temperature Test : Micro VBB undergone High temperature test at +85 C +/- 2 C for 4 hours and it was found functional when it comes to 55 C +/- 2C. It has not shown any abnormalities after the test conditions were removed. Storage Temperature: +85 C,Operating Temperature:+55 C. Low Temperature Test : Low temperature test were conducted at –40 C for four hours and it was found functional when the temperature comes down to –10 C. Storage Temperature:-40 C,Operating Temperature:-10 C. Electro Static Discharge Test: The Micro VBB with stand Electro Static Discharge up to 1500 V with 6 Events both positive and negative pulses applied to Micro VBB. This is according to standard CI-280A, B of Ford Motor Company. Component Immunity Power Cycling: According to the Standard CI – 230 A, CI – 230 B, CI – 230 C in the standard test environment Micro VBB was tested and it was functioning properly. Component Conductive Immunity: According to the Standard CI – 210A1, CI – 210A2, CI – 210B1,CI210B2 in the standard test environment Micro VBB was tested and it was functioning properly. DC Voltage Stress: Micro VBB withstand the negative voltage Stress of –14 V for 60 Sec accordance to Standard CI-270 A. It also underwent positive voltage stress of 19 V for 60 minutes. Standard CI-270B. In Accordance to CI-270C standard Micro VBB withstand up to 24 V DC for 60 Sec.

Conducted Immunity Inductive Switching Transients: Micro VBB is tested for Ford Inductive Switching CI220B –300V at 0.5 Sec interval and the Total test events was 120. IS0 7637 Modified test pulse –2 : +150V at 0.5 Sec intervals for 120 Events IS0 7637 Test pulse 3A: -150V at total time duration of One Minute with pulse of 10 mSec duration at interval of 90 mSec between the consecutive pulses. ISO 7637 Test Pulse 3B: 100V Pulse of 10mSec duration with 90 mSec intervals for total time duration of 1 minute. In these conditions Micro VBB gave Positive results ERTL Certificate For MicroVBB Test Result On High Temperature And Low Temperature.
