MFS Brochure Terms & Conditions 1. Definitions “I”, “my” and “me” refers to the mortgage loan account holder who has by signing on this form consented to taking a loan from the lender (“the bank”), and “you” means Standard Chartered Bank. 2. Authorization for Submission I expressly give you (where applicable) authorization to submit this form on my behalf to the lending bank. 3. Disclosure I hereby give you and your officers, employees and agents to disclose, divulge or reveal any customer information (as defined in the Banking Act of Singapore (Cap 19)) related to me and my account(s) or any information to a third party (including the lender) for commercial, banking or business purposes at your own discretion you think fit. 4. Use of Agents I give my consent to using of any agent or correspondent as you may deem appropriate to procure any matters or transactions under this application and you are not liable for any act, omission, and neglect default of such agents or correspondent. 5. Jurisdiction/Governing Law/ Third Party Rights I irrevocably submit these terms and conditions to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore and it will be governed by the laws of Singapore. A person who is not related to the terms and conditions of this form shall not under Contracts (Rights of Third Party (Act, Cap 53B to enforce any terms and conditions. Consent of third party not required for any subsequent amendments or changes to these terms and conditions.
