Metaphor Homework

Homework 1. Choose or create a metaphor and draw its literal meaning (the meaning if you just look at what the words say). 2. Then, write what it means underneath. For example, if you wanted to use ‘The boxer had an iron fist’ you would draw a metal fist about to punch someone. The meaning would be ‘his fist is very hard and would hurt a lot if it hit you’.
