Death was Caused by: single gun shot wound to heart, left lung. Pathological Findings: (external and internal) 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8.

Gun shot entry wound, at nipple level of chest, 2" to right of left nipple, perforating chest muscles and thorax. Gun shot exit wound, at third lumbar vertebra (L3) level, 21, left of spine, perforating back muscles. Exit wound measured 1 1/2', above waistline. GSW to heart, perforating left ventricle. GSW to lower lobe of left lung. GSW to diaphragm. No signs of trauma to breast bone, ribs or spine; soft tissue trauma only. Chest and abdomen x-rayed, no foreign objects found. Analysis of blood showed presence of 120 mg. percent alcohol.
