OF THE TALLAHASSEEHOUSEINGAUTHORITY LJ
Answer to Larrv k. Whites request for dismissal. MY. reauest for exneditious court date to be set to finalize this civil case.
;ffi

-", i.)
FromJuly22,05;IhaveattemptedtobringprosecutionagainsttheTallahassee -1 housingauthorityfor itemslabeledwithin prior complaints. After October7,2005;-a lawyer was obtainedin order to proceedlegally with respectto the court. According to documentsprovidedto the court on March 21,2001,I am claiming that attorneysBisbee and Whites conspiredto commit fraud againstthis Fraserfamily. ln that, they frequently misrepresented this court causebeforethis honorablecourt, as well as claiming that there was an action againstthis family with regardto eviction.Which is very false, and in my opinion a deplorableaccusation,to make suchan acclaimaboutthis family without merit beforethis honorablecourt? My family enteredinto this proceedingas Plaintiffs, my attorneyactedin trust, and dishonestlymisrepresented my casefor a period. As provided within JudgeHawkins legal order.Attorney Whites requestfor dismissalshouldbe dismissed.Attorney Whites shouldbe investigatedfor attomeymisconductin anticipation of theseco-operatingallegations. (Actual statementsare not relevantto the techniquesof this casedirectly, but do attempt
/{2
to give visualizaticinon the allegationsin which I have labeledwithin.) 1. Bisbeewas to representthe Fraserfamily as a hole. For Bisbee'slaw firm had signed representation agreementsfrom me, and my wife. Yet not willing to speculate, the case only had my name, which in my opinion is also a breachof contract. 2. To this date,no documentsgiven to Bisbeein trust havebeenretumed, digital or otherwise,in spite of this honorablecourl giving permissionof self-representation, with Bisbeein presence. 3. To this date, therehasbeenno evidenceto supportthe deplorableand heinous misrepresentation expressedby Bisbee'slaw firm. Where is the documentationof eviction? 4. Therefore,I claim that Bisbeeand White conspiredto defraudthis family of therelegal right, as well as lied to the court for thereown benefit. On the other hand, exactlywho is benefitingfrom the retentionof this family, seekingredressfor actualharm that can be proven? When this conspiratorwas recognized,I then went into action to fix this apparent attemptto destroy, and intimidatemy family throughheinousand illegal actionsbetween my untrustworthyattorney, and the defenseattorneyfor the Dept. of Housing. Now I know that theseattomeysconspiredagainstmy family In addition, our case,by the actionsthat havetakenplaceconcerningthis case.As of this apprrentmanipulationof the court system, and the misuseof his position of trust. was realized. The Attomey Bisbeedismissedhimself, after his fraudulentrepresentation honorablecourt orderedthat this family had approximatelyone month to find other Attomey. Attemptswere madeto retrieveour documentsbut to no avail, this family has not receivedour documentation, digital or otherwise. This requestwas madethrough Bisbee'soffice, as well as thoroughthe court labeledon court documentrequestsfor documentsthru court. This documentwas enteredon February5,2001. A complaintwas filed on November21,2007, which containeda writ for remediesand writ for representation requestsfor children.
On March 27,2007,this honorablecourthasdeniedmy requestfor a hearingin retrospectto my prosecution. This honorablecourt hasalso cause/evidentiary It is my opinion that this honorablecourt has deniedthat my childrenhave representation. reasonfor such. From October2007, to March 2 l, theselawyershavemisrepresented this caseto the court, as well as Bisbeedefraudinghis own clients. Therefore,Whites requestshouldbe denied.ln orderto finalize my case.I also concurthat therehasbeenno requestfor stay, and havebeenwaiting for the correspondence from the HousingAuthority in orderto vacatethis dilapidatedroach infestedapt... Also, know one haslet us to know that therewas a hearingthat remanded this caseto small claims. I am still in communicationwith JudgeGury,so what am going on. As well, there
hasbeen,no hearingany whereof any kind witch allowed this caseto be reprimanded without my Lnowledge.Whateverhashappenedin this casehasbeenthroughthe manipulattionof dishonestAttomey's utilizing the court to commit fraud. So that they can rely on the resultsof that fraud. For dismissallater. This is a profaneway to represent the law from eitherside. Therefore,Whites requestshouldbe denied, and a datesetto rectiff this matter. All recent filings have oroof that, the Housinp Authoritv hss receivedthem,
