TANK WASHING PROGRAM Wash water temperature 150 °F and water pressure 150 PSI Wash tanks consist of 3 levels All time 2 wilden pump working in slop tanks Level N° 1 = 15' Level N° 2 = 30' Level N° 3 = 45' During offloading operation will be stop all tanks at ullage 50 feet and after start stripping form 1 cross up to 5 cross After offloading all cargo tanks will be inerted We will use 11 machines and 11 hoses V:L will require four deck officers during the cargo tank washing operation, ie two chief officers and two second officers. With this in mind it is proposed that C/O Sherif and 2/O Taha proceed on leave during the crew change scheduled for June 4th, to be relieved by C/O Khalil and 2/O Lamari. Mr. Sherif and Mr. Taha will return to v/l July 2nd at which time it is expected the next offloading will be completed and the tank washing will commence.

We will start washing cross N° 1 stbd side first Tank N° 1 stbd have 6 butter worth holes Start washing from holes N° 1, 2 & 3 Lowered 6 hoses up to level ( 1 ) 15 feet for Lowered hoses up to level ( 2 ) 30 feet for Lowered hoses up to level ( 3 ) 45 feet for

1 hour 1 hour 2 hours

Next will be holes N° 4,5 & 6 Start washing from level Lowered hose up to level Lowered hose up to level

( 1 ) 15 feet for ( 2 ) 30 feet for ( 3 ) 45 feet for

During washing using cargo pump ( A ) for stripping water and transfer to cargo tank N° 2 center Duration for washing cargo tank N° 1 stbd 8 hours wash & 2 hours for stripping and 1 hour for lowered hoses total hours 11 hours After complete stripping will be check O2 and LEL before put 4 air fans

Next wash cargo tank N° 1 center Cargo tank N° 1C have 11 butter worth holes Will lowered hoses through butter worth holes group N°( 1 ) holes N° 1, 3 & 7 & group N° ( 2 ) holes N° 5,9 & 11 & group N° ( 3 ) holes N° 6,2 & 4 Start wash level ( 1 ) 15 feet group ( 1 ) holes N° 1,3 & 7 for 1 hour Will be lowered hoses up to level ( 2 ) 30 feet for 1 hour Will be lowered hoses up to level ( 3 ) 45feet for 2 hours

Change over to group N°2 holes 5,9 & 11 Start wash level ( 1 ) 15 feet Will be lowered hoses up to level ( 2 ) Will be lowered hoses up to level ( 3 )

And transfer wash water from cargo tank No. 3 center to cargo tank N° 4 center after using cargo pump N° ( C ) to transfer water to slop tanks Next wash will be cargo tanks N° 3 across, 3 STBD first Cargo tank N° 3 stbd, have 6 butter worth holes Start washing from holes N° 1, 2 & 3 Lowered 6 hoses up to level ( 1 ) 15 feet for 1 hour Lowered hoses up to level ( 2 ) 30 feet 1 hour Lowered hoses up to level ( 3 ) 45feet 2 hour

Next will be holes N° 4,5 & 6 Start washing from level ( 1 ) 15 feet Lowered hose up to level ( 2 ) Lowered hose up to level ( 3 )
