district On4/1108at a regularlyscheduledmeetingof the 4* District ExecutiveCommittee,Jenkins invited a primary candidateto attend and presentinformation during the agenda. At the onset of this presentation(but not the onset of the meeting), Jenkins announcedthat there would be an executive sessionanciinstituted some sort of "martial" law, during which she demandedthat "no one would be allowed to speak." The statedpurposeof the presentationwas to "answer some questions," however questionswere not answered. Raihcr, a bitter and abusivedenunciationof one other member which can only be called a diatribe occurred. Merely inviting a candidateto attend and presentto the committee without balanceand considerationfor all primary candidates is improper and wrong. The use of the executive sessionshould be reservedfor the businessof the com.rnittee;the chairman exercisedimproper power to call for executive session, improper power to allow a primary candidateto addressthe committee and improper dignity of office by demeaningcornmitteenrembersinto complying with "martial law."
