Cacao 1 cda. Manteca 200 g. Chocolate 300 g. Azúcar 350 g. Yemas 4 Dulce De leche 500 g. Base: batir las yemas y el azúcar. Fundir el chocolate con la manteca e incorporar la preparación. Añadir el cacao y colocar en molde de 26 cm. Hornear 20 min. Armado: colocar en la base dulce de leche y merengue italiano.
