i) •1 Do the straight turning process by using the lathe machine to produce round part with length 15 mm at one end of Part A. •2 Clamp this part to the vice vertically. •3 File edges on the workpiece.and mark the thread length. •4 Choose a suitable die and fit it to the wrench. •5 Fit the die to the workpiece. •6 Apply pressure evenly when turning the wrench clockwise and anti-clockwise in cutting the screw thread. Use cutting fluid during threading. •7 Repeat step 6 until the thread length is reach. •8 Test the thread with the appropriate nuts.

Place both part on a suitable place. Ignite the gas at the tip of the torch and set the suitable flame. Heat the base metal until it melts and then place the filler rod to the joint part. Move the filler rod and torch along the joint length. Wait until it cools down and clean the surface. 5 steps = 5 X 1m 1 sketch = 1 x 1m

Horn/joggle – anchored into the brick wall to strengthen the door frame. Steel cramp - prevent door detaches from the brick wall. Dowels - Strengthen lower part of the jamb.
