Mr. Dange mentioned that Ranjangaon plant could achieve full production within six months of its inauguration and achieve its targets because of –
Kaizen

Hard work of all the employees

And internal parameters working hand in hand.
Mr. Dange also stressed that earlier without the systems in place, he used to spend most of his time firefighting, but now he can spend most of his time in management.
Mr. A R Dambal gave the following comment after seeing the MRN factory:
“MRN is equal to any factory in Europe”
Last month on 18 September, 2008, Prof. Shoji Shiba and Prof. David Walden, the international experts in Breakthrough Management visited MRN and appreciated the plant and the systems. Before leaving Prof. Shiba asked “Mr. Dange…….Now, what next”?
