MANUAL CLONING OF APPLICATION DATABASE FILE SYSTEM DATABASE TIER
Bringup the existing database and take the controlfile backup by using < ALTER DATABASE BACKUP CONTROL FILE TO TRACE >
This command will generate a tracefile in under $ORACLE_HOME/ admin/PROD_ocvmrh2145/udump
I have changed the sidnames in that controlfile script.
Edit the init parameter file rename the concern contextname directories parallely.
Run the controlfile script with database nomount by specifying the path of pfile. < Open the database >
Change the entries in listener.ora and tnsnames.ora files.
Edit the some values in .env file and Addblnctl.sh and addbctl.sh.
Set the path variable in .env fle.
Source the .env file
After that start the listener by using Addblnctl.sh script.

Change the Hostname,twotask and port number
Modify the CLON_oc109.env
Modify /u00/app/apsbox/applmgr/clonappl/fnd/11.5.0/fndenv.env
Change the context name dir’s in $COMMON_TOP/admin
Change /u00/app/apsbox/applmgr/clonappl/admin/adovars.env
Edit the entries in /u00/app/apsbox/applmgr/cloncomn/html/bin/appsweb_CLON_oc109.cfg (server
parameters) Modify the parameters in /u00/app/apsbox/applmgr/clonappl/customCLON_oc109.env (if required) /u00/app/apsbox/applmgr/clonora/8.0.6/CLON_oc109.env
modify the listener and tnsnames files located at "/u00/app/apsbox/applmgr/clonora/8.0.6/network/admin/CLON_oc109"
modify the env file of IAS_HOME /u00/app/apsbox/applmgr/clonora/iAS/CLON_oc109.env
edit the tnsnames in IAS_HOME /u00/app/apsbox/applmgr/clonora/iAS/network/admin/CLON_oc109/tnsnames.ora

Modify the following entries in the table in APPS schema SQL> select node_name from fnd_nodes; SQL> update fnd_nodes set node_name='oc109';
Start all the services
