APPLICATION U/S 3/4 CONTEMPT OF COURT ACT, 1976. REPLY ON BEHALF OF RESPONDENTS.
Respectfully Sheweth: PRELIMINARY OBJECTIONS: 1.
That the applicant has no cause of action or locus standi to file this application.
2.
That the application is not maintainable under the provisions of law.
3.
That no contempt is committed by the respondents and the application is based on false allegations.
4.
That the application is filed just to cause harassment and put pressure upon the respondents.
5.
That the application is vexatious and frivolous.
ON MERITS: 1.
That para No. 1 of this application is formal, needs no reply.
2.
That para No. 2 of this application is admitted correct upto the extent of service of notice upon the respondents from court, rest of the para needs no reply. However, the respondents showing all sorts of respect to the order of the court did not publish any news item against the applicant.
3.
That the contents of para No. 3 are incorrect and not admitted. No news item was published against the applicant. However, if the applicant is feeling aggrieved by any act or conduct of respondents, he may seek proper remedy instead of filing such applications. It is therefore, respectfully prayed that the application may please be dismissed with cost. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit, may please be awarded to the respondents.
