Mannatech’s Awards Business Week 2005 - #6 Hot Growth Company Business Week featured Mannatech as its sixth highest “Hot Growth Company” in 2005. This list of superachievers was based on sifting through a database of 2,200 publicly traded companies with revenues of $50 million to $1.5 billion a year. Ranking them by sales and earnings growth, as well as return on capital over three years. Contenders also had to have a market cap of $25 million or more and a stock that trades for at least $5 a share. Nutrition Business Journal Award The Nutrition Business Journal, a research and publishing company serving the nutrition industry, awarded Mannatech a bronze medal in the publication’s annual Business Achievement Awards in recognition of the company’s growth during the first three quarters of 2005. Mannatech achieved $288 million in net sales for the first nine months of 2005 – an increase of 37 percent over the same period in 2004. Export Achievement Certificate The U.S. Department of Commerce has recognized global health and wellness leader Mannatech, Incorporated (NASDAQ-MTEX), for its successful entry into the international marketplace. The federal agency recently presented Mannatech with an Export Achievement Certificate. The certificate is awarded to small-to-mediumsize enterprises and organizations that have entered the international marketplace for the first time or that have successfully entered a new market. Dallas Business Journal Award Mannatech is the 29th fastest-growing public company in the Metroplex, according to the Dallas Business Journal. More than 200 companies were evaluated as the fastest-growing, but only 49 were recognized by the publication’s “Book of Lists 2006.” The ranking was based on revenue growth for the 2004 fiscal year. Mannatech jumped 10 slots from the 39th fastest-growing company in the Business Journal’s 2005 listing to 29th fastest growing in the most recent listing. Mannatech has jumped from the 100th largest public company to the 79th largest based on net sales growth over the last three years, according to the Business Journal.
