Training Course Title: Pre-Agility Obedience Course Description: Pre-Agility obedience will prepare your dog for our Foundations to Agility classes. You will learn the control required to produce a well rounded agility dog. The obedience you will learn is essential to produce a competitive level agility dog for fun or competition. You will work on the basic obedience cues used in agility trials. Along with obedience cues your dogs will be introduced to starting jumps and tunnels. Schedule:

4-week course, Beginning April 15th, Wednesday Evenings; 5:30pm-6:30pm.

10 Student Maximum

Equipment: Please have your dog on a regular nylon or leather buckle collar or front clip harness like the gentle leader. Head halters, prong collars, and choke chains are not allowed in this class. Your leash should be a 6’ foot leather leash. Nylon leashes are acceptable if approved by trainer. Please do not have your dog on a retractable or Flexi-Leash. Trainer:

Jason Mann Jason Mann began training dogs 10 years ago. Jason’s philosophy centers around working with your dog’s natural instincts using positive motivational methods to teach your dog in a minimal amount of time, with the maximum results. Jason’s experience with dog training began when he started training his own dogs. After that he was hooked and started to dissect and learn everything he could about training. He attended Animal Behavior College in California, earning his certified dog trainer certificate. Jason rounded out his extensive training by training with a top behaviorist and attending workshops devoted to canine aggression and fear. References available upon request.
