Prepare a SWOT analysis on one of the following organizations: Mahidol University Your family’s business The ICT Program A company located at the Software Development Park of Thailand Suggest 2-3 long term strategies that best take advantage of the strengths and opportunities, while overcoming the weaknesses and threats. Why did you choose these strategies? (Individual) LIMIT: NO MORE THAN ONE PAGE 2. Exercise 10, Personal Career Planning, page 500 (Individual) LIMIT: NO MORE THAN ONE PAGE 3. Ethics: Choose one: A. Personal Management on page 56 (Individual) Answer the questions: 1. How strong is your personal character? How well prepared are you to deal with the inevitable ethical dilemmas and challenges in work and in life? 2. Give specific examples of how your behavior lives up to the Six Pillars listed. 3. Make a list of at least 3 incidents that you have been involved in that pose ethical dilemmas. Write the letter described in the book. LIMIT: 2 PAGES, ONE PAGE TO ANSWER THE 3 QUESTIONS AND ONE PAGE FOR THE LETTER. OR B. Exercise 6, Confronting Ethical Dilemmas, page 498 (Individual, Group) 1. Individually, answer each of the three ethical dilemmas. 2. Meet in a group of 3-4 students. Compare your answers. Come up with a group consensus, along with your justifications.
