Staying healthy by improving: a. Well balanced diet LFLS & DM diet b. Avoid high doses of Vitamin A, D and Iron c. Steer clear of alcohols, certain drugs, chemicals & smoking. d. Moderate exercise to control stress & fatigue unless feeling ill.
