Make the most of your Tourist Information Centres As part of the accommodation grading package from Visit Wales, each accommodation provider is placed on a list which is circulated to all networked Tourist Information Centres in Wales. Here in Pembrokeshire we have 7 TICs managed by Pembrokeshire County Council along with a further 2 under the control of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority. These Centres are located at: Fishguard Town (PCC) Fishguard Harbour (PCC) Haverfordwest (PCC) Milford Haven (PCC) Newport (PCNPA) Pembroke (PCC) St Davids (PCNPA) Saundersfoot (PCC) Tenby (PCC)

From Easter to October, all TICs are open from Mon–Sat, 9.30–5.00, excluding Milford Haven which is open 9.45–4.15. Fishguard Harbour and Oriel y Parc are open on Sundays 9.30–5.00 All TICs offer a full booking service, but to ensure that this service is up to date, the TICs rely on you to inform them of your vacancies. Due to the volume of enquiries received it is not economically practical for TICs to contact every provider in their locality to enquire as to the availability of rooms. It has therefore become necessary to assume that accommodation is fully booked unless TICs are informed otherwise. Any updates on your accommodation are welcome and this information will be conveyed to the other TICs. If you wish to view how the TICs present your accommodation, or have any other enquiries, please call into any TIC where staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
