A = Control Panel Error Action: Check to see that no buttons on the control panel are “stuck” or held down. Call Scanner/Scale On-site Service personnel to swap the scanner/scale. c = Calibration Error Action: The scale has lost calibration. Call Scanner/Scale Support personnel check and recalibrate the scale.
Pass Self Test?
0 = Scanner Interface Configuration Error Action: Call Scanner/Scale On-site Service personnel to swap the scanner/scale. 1 = Digital I/F Board Configuration Error Action: Call Scanner/Scale On-site Service personnel to swap the scanner/scale.
Read Labels ?
2 = Digital I/F Board Malfunction Action: Call Scanner/Scale On-site Service personnel to swap the scanner/scale. 3 = Motor Failure Action: Call Scanner/Scale On-site Service personnel to swap the scanner/scale.
