Café Vietnamita Café Licor Naranjas Leche

A gusto Concentrado Condensada

General Canela Nuez Moscada Huevos Polvo para Hornear Azúcar Harina Ralladura de piel Manteca

1 10 g. 300 g. 300 g. De naranja Noisette 360 g.

Colocar la manteca al fuego hasta dorar, batir los huevos con el azúcar y agregar los ingredientes secos y la ralladura. Por último agrega la manteca a 60°C. Colocar en moldecitos enharinados y enmantecados y hornear 15' a 180°C. Café: integrar los 4 ingredientes. La manteca noisette se logra llevando la manteca a degradar y cocinar a fuego lento10' aprox.
