APPEAL U/s 410 Cr.P.C. against the judgment dated 28.11.2002 passed by Muhammad

Arshad

Malik,

the

learned Additional Sessions Judge, Multan, by which the appellant is convicted as under: Conviction: i) ii)

Death penalty U/s 302-b P.P.C. Compensation Rs. 100,000/- U/s 544-A Cr.P.C., in default of payment, further undergo six months S.I.

Claim in Appeal: To accept the appeal, set aside the judgment and to acquit the appellant from the charge.

GROUNDS i)

That the judgment (Annex “A”) is against the natural justice and law of equity.

ii)

That the judgment is against the law and facts of the case.

iii)

That the judgment is a result of misreading and nonreading of the evidence.

iv)

That prosecution could not prove its case without shadow of doubt.

v)

That the learned trial court did not extend the benefit of doubt to the appellant.

vi)

That the impugned judgment caused a great miscarriage of justice to the appellant. It is therefore, respectfully prayed that this appeal may please be accepted and the appellant may please be acquitted from the charge. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit, may please also be granted in the interest of justice. Humble Appellant,
