At the end of the session, the Grade 10 students will be able to: define cheer dance; describe cheer dance; appreciate the value of engaging into cheer dance activity; and perform the basic hand movements and positions in cheer dance with the given picture.

A. Activity “Picture Analysis”    

The students will be divided into 4 groups. Each group will be given a picture that is related to comics. The students will be given 2 minutes to discuss the picture on each group. The teacher will be the one to choose who will share their ideas/opinions about the given picture.

Cheer Dance Presentation” The class will be divided into 4 groups. Each group will perform the basic hand movements and positions in cheer dance. They will only be given 6 minutes to practice. After 6 minutes, the teacher will randomly call who will present first in the class. The class will be graded accordingly.
