Put your artistic talents to the test in the Pumpkin Festival Logo Art Contest Here are the details: 1. This contest is for an artistic logo to use in publications, promotions and merchandising for the 1st Annual Sarasota Pumpkin Festival. 2. There is no fee to enter, and all entries will be on display the month preceding the Festival. (Display location(s) to be announced) 3. Entry must be in color. 4. Entry must not be larger than 11” x 14”. 5. Entry must be submitted in hard copy. No entries will be accepted without a hard copy. a. Supplement electronic versions on CD- or DVD ROM, in .tif, .eps, .ia, .psd, .pdf, or .jpg file formats for IBM PC, may be included in the entry submission, but will not replace the requirement for a hard copy version. (No Submissions in Mac formats will be accepted.) 6. Entry must be received at [email protected] by 5 PM, Friday, April 10, or mailed to P.O. Box 5843 Sarasota, FL 34277 7. Entry must include the following elements: a. Pumpkins b. The words “1st Annual Sarasota Pumpkin Festival ” c. Artist’s signature 8. Entry must be accompanied by the signed artist release form shown below. Spotlight Events will make my signature visibly present in any and all forms of use of the enclosed artwork.
