AMORTIZATION:

The loan shall be paid in 6 equal consecutive monthly installments of interest only and 114 equal consecutive monthly installments of principal and interest in an amount established at closing, commencing one month following the closing date, with first installment also to include interest from closing. Interest on the principal sum of the note shall be calculated on the basis of a 30 day month and a 360 day year.

INTEREST RATE:

Variable rate – Prime Rate (as posted in the Wall Street Journal as of the day of the final approval) plus 2.75%. Rate will be adjusted on a quarterly basis on the first day of each calendar quarter, beginning the first calendar quarter following loan closing.

SBA GUARANTY FEE: The guaranty fee is $2,201.50, which is 2% of the guaranteed portion of the loan. The guaranteed amount is $110,075.00 which is 85% of the loan amount. The non-refundable fee for the guaranteed portion is due to the SBA at the closing of the loan. PACKAGING FEE:

$1,500.00 Payable by Borrower at closing.
