Dear Clerk of Courts: Attached please find the original and six (6) copies of Plaintiff’s RSA 91-A Motion for Declaratory Judgment for intake and return for service. Attachments 1, 2, 3, 10 and 11 have been provided along with the full Appendix, items A through F inclusive. The balance of the Attachments shall be forwarded to Defendants immediately after service is obtained by Grafton and Merrimack County Sheriffs as Plaintiff is attempting to streamline this litigation without substantial assistance from Defendants, particularly the Franconia Defendants. To facilitate swift and informed litigation, Plaintiff also has provided Defendants with an electronic version of this Motion with hotlinks to cited case law and many exhibits and has continually kept them abreast of the status of this Motion so that they should be ready, willing and able to agree with an expedited hearing and case schedule should the Court deem that appropriate.
