To Whom it May Concern Mr. Liam Ballard I can confirm that Mr. Liam Ballard was a founder member and Board Director, with responsibility for Membership and Operational Services, of the British Business Association (BBA) of the Philippines for which I was initially its Vice-Chairman and subsequently Chairman. When the BBA was officially upgraded in 2000 to The British Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (BCCP), on which I was its first Chairman, he continued as a Director until 2003. Although Liam had returned to Ireland when I came back to the BCCP Board as Chairman in April 2007 (after returning from a 4 year business assignment in Singapore), I can confirm he was always a respected Chamber colleague and an active and tireless contributor to the Chamber's Board plus its many activities. I would be sincerely delighted to still have him available to be a Director on my current BCCP Board. Regretfully that is no longer possible with Liam's permanent retirement to his home country. However, I can personally strongly recommend him to any non-profit organization who is in need of a very proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic contributor to support its organization's structure and operations.
