Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group

The Mergers and Acquisitions practice group represent buyers, sellers, lenders and investment bankers in many transactions, both friendly and hostile. We assist clients in minimising disruption to business by ensuring a smooth transaction, from origination to completion, through the maze of regulatory and corporate governance compliance requirements as well as finance, tax, employment and intellectual property issues.

In addition, the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group offers practical and comprehensive advice to foreign clients on available investment treaties, legal structures, regulatory requirements, taxation and other considerations that impact pre-investment decisions in foreign direct investments in Malaysia and investments abroad by Malaysian investors.
