Level Up Camp

May 09, 2008 Mr. J. Rizal C. Pangilinan Secretary General Boy Scouts of the Philippines Manila Dear Sir: Greetings from FCED! The Character and Peace-Building Camp was successfully held last year 2007 with the assistance of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines headed by Ms. Sophie Castillo. The activity would not be possible without the assistance of the volunteers from the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. We are very grateful for the big help especially with the patient, wide understanding and very well-trained facilitators you sent to run the success of the activities during the camping. Truthfully, the activity has been very memorable, enjoyable, as well as productive and fruitful to all the participants. Recognizing the value of this activity to the children, FCED foundation is again planning for another children and youth leaders’ summer camp, with the theme Let’s Enhance Values and Empower Leadership (LEVEL UP CAMP!) We plan to implement this on May 27-29, 2008 at Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Los Baños Laguna. The goal of this activity is to enable the children and youth leaders to enhance their values and boost their sense of responsibility towards empowering their leadership skills. This will be participated by 120 children and youth leaders. Having the expertise for this activity, we would like to request for assistance from your volunteers in Boy Scouts of the Philippines-National Headquarters for the facilitation of the said activity.
