Dear Milad & Sanaz, I would like to congradulate you on your new house which will be completed as per your instructed date. Purpose of this letter is to confirm that as per your request, the painting of the above house will be done by your friend who is a licensed painter and Spectrum will pay you $22/m2. You will also involve your licensed tiler to complete the ensuit & main bathroom tiling, cause the tiles selected by you are outside recommended sizes by Spectrum, and again Spectrum will pay you $35/m2 Please be aware that Spectrum will not take any liability or responsibility towards other contractors. Could you please print this letter, sign and fax back to Spectrum. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
