To Whom It May Concern, I am taking this opportunity to give my personal recommendation of Miss. Lily Harding for the teaching position she has applied for. I am extremely happy that Miss. Harding has completed her coursework in education and is ready to educate children. Any school will be lucky to have Miss. Harding as a staff member and classroom teacher. While Miss. Harding was attending Bradley University, she was placed in my PreK Blended Bright Futures classroom for her Field Experience in Spring 2018, and I was her Cooperating Teacher. She was in my classroom for my morning PreK class for the semester. I was so impressed by Miss. Harding and her eagerness to jump right in and work with me to plan activities and work with the children. She is very reliable, professional and works well with others. From the first day that Miss. Harding was in my classroom, she spent a lot of time interacting and building rapport with all of my students. She made sure that she spent time with each child every day. I observed her building her relationships with the children by remembering the interests of each child. When it was time for her to plan lessons, she planned them around the interests in the classroom. The children were immediately engaged because the lesson revolved around their interests. She reflected well on what worked and what did not work when her lesson was completed. While in my classroom, she was always ready to grow as an educator and she challenged herself to reach all of the students. I can highly recommend Miss. Harding as a classroom educator. She is committed to teaching, and will be a huge contribution to the school and district she teaches in. If you have any questions regarding Miss. Harding, please feel free to contact me.
