COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AGREEMENT I. The Internatiol Builders Corporation will permit Angelo G. Bela-ong to enter its establishment for the purpose of gaining experiences in the field of Civil Engineering. II. The training course is designed to run for 120 hours with 40 hours per week experience. The student/trainee will report to the company/training center on 8:00-12:00am/1:00-4:00pm Monday to Friday every week. III. The instructor of the subject shall, with the assistance of the company/training center, prepare a schedule of processes to be learned on the job. IV. The student/trainee will not be paid compensation, however, the company/training Center may desire to give allowances at their pleasure. V. The student/trainee, while in the process of the training, will have the status of a student-trainee, neither displacing a regular worker now employed, nor substituting for a worker needed by the company/training center. VI. The student-trainee while in the process of gaining occupational experience, will not be permitted to remain in any operation, job or phase of the occupation beyond the period of time necessary for the student-trainee to become proficient. VII. The parent or guardian shall be responsible for the personnel conduct of the student while on training. VIII. All complaints shall be made to and adjusted by the school OJT Coordinator. IX. The company/training center shall have the authority to transfer or withdraw the student while on training with proper coordination with the school OJT coordinator. X.
