Dear Sir, This is with reference to Clause 27.2.1 of the Concession Agreement, User fee is to be revised annually on 151 April. in accordance with the provision of Fees rules, 2008. We are herby submitting the revised schedule of user fee for all the four Toll Plazas of Sikar Bikaner Project. The calculation of User fee and link factors are enclosed herewith for your review. The revised user fee shall be effective form 1SI April, 2019 for Financial Year 2019-20.
