Level: Second year of high school
Skill: Writing and speaking. Expected Outcomes: Students will be able to summarize and recall information about all what they have learned during the unit (There+Be, How much/many, Quantifiers) in order to review the contents for the test. Students will be able to write short sentences committing themselves to take care of the planet and will have to read their sentences aloud. Resources: markers, board, data show, cardboard and cardboard tree. Time

Every Monday morning the students pray for their personal intentions.

Students will be told about what the lesson is going to be about and what the main objectives are.

Students will be asked to talk about what they learned in the previous session in order to teach the next content based on their previous knowledge.
Quizzes review

Teacher will deliver the quizzes to the students. The questions will be corrected on the board by the teacher (with the help of students), in order they can check what their common mistakes are and to review the doubts about the test contents.
“Who Wants to Be a Millionaire”
30’
Students will be divided in groups of four to play “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire”. The questions will be about the test subjects.
“The Green Tree”

The teacher will bring a tree drawn on a big cardboard. Students will have to cut a leaf tree and write a commitment to preserve our environment. Students will have to commit themselves to keep what they wrote on the leaf and at the end of the semester we will check if they did it or not.

Then, each student will have to read aloud their commitments, go and paste the leave on the tree

All together, we will make a summary of all what we learned during the lesson, in order to clarify any doubt about the content.
