LEGAL NOTICE Attn: Mr. Muhammad Sharif S/o Noor Muhammad, presently residing at 88-N, Marghzar Colony PECO Road, Lahore. Dear Sir, Mr. Ali Akbar Bhatti S/o Muhammad Khan, the owner of property No. 88-N, Marghzar Colony, PECO Road, Lahore requested the undersigned to serve upon you this legal notice with reference to rent agreement executed between you and my client, inter-alia on the following: GROUNDS i) That you have to pay the rent for every month in advance, but since the month of May, 2002, you have not paid any rent. ii) That you have to hand over all the receipts in respect of utility bills, but you have not even informed about these payments. iii) That you have got shifted a telephone in this property without obtaining any permission from the owner. iv) That you are using the rented property in such a manner, which is causing damage to the property. v) That it was intimated to you verbally in the month of May, 2002 that due to the sad demise of the real brother of my client, this property is required, bonafidely for the personal use of my client. vi) That as per terms and conditions settled in the rent agreement, after the receipt of this notice, you are required to vacate the premises within a period of one month. vii) That a copy of this notice is hereby retained in may office as a record. Certified that this notice consists upon 1 page and there is no cutting, correction or over-writing in it.
