Leave Card Maintenance HR department suppose to m aintain Leave card of each employee before processing of m onthly attendance sheet for sal ary. CL and SL need to be added on the 1 s t January of every month as per eligibility for the sam e on pro- rata basis for the period of employm ent with the org anizati on. For em ployee and consultants PL are to be added every month at 1.75 per month pro-r ata basis of total present days and leave including PL,CL, but not on Absentees .LWP ag ainst total working days.

6.4.4 Holidays All em ployees are entitled to the following paid leaves from January to Decem ber. Total Holidays limited to 10 holidays 1.

The list for the exact date and num ber of days for each holiday will be circulated to all em ployees at the beginning of the ye ar. ALL EMP LOYEES Leave of Absence : The Leave of Absence (LOA) policy exists to all ow regul ar em ployees extended tim e off in order to recover from m edic al disability, satisfy m ilitary service obligations, handle pressing personal obligati ons, or to maintain con tinuity of service for situations in which an employee might otherwise be terminated (i.e. working on a co-op progr am thr ough a local school or university). A person al LOA m ay be granted at the discretions of the Com pany and m ay depend on business needs at the time of the request. A LOA must be approved by the Com pany CEO. Em ployees will not accrue PTO days while on leave. If an em ployee advises the Comp any th at he or she desires to return from a LOA and if the Com pany extends the employee an offer of either his or her former position or one of like pay and status, the employee’s failure to accept the position will be c onsidered a voluntary resignation. If an em ployee has been granted a LOA and fails to return to work at the end of the le ave, his or her employm ent will be terminated as of the date the em ployee was due to return to work, unless prior arrangem ents have been m ade for an extension.

Acceptance of other employm ent while on LOA will be treated as a v oluntary resignati on from employment with the Com pany. The Com pany will m ake every effort possible to return the employee to the sam e job. It is the Com pany’s intent to return employees to their previous posi tion, unless unusual or unav oidable circumstances occur. Reinstatement to the em ployee’s prior position after a LOA lasting over 6 weeks m ay be subject to the Com pany’s prevailing needs and job openings. Eligibility for Leaves with Pay : The following policies on leaves with pay apply to eligible regul ar full-tim e em pl oyees. Military Leave of Absence : If you are a regular full-time employee and serve as a reservist or nati onal guardsm an in the civilian m ilitary service, or a nati onal guard for a recognized unit if the U.S. Armed Forces, and are called upon to par ticipate in summer encampments and / or cruises, you m ay receive a Military Leave of Absence with P ay. Any gross military salary received will be deducted from your regular pay. This m ay be received for a m axim um of 2 weeks in a calend ar ye ar. Any further required m ilitary leave of absence (as defined above) will be granted, but y ou will not receive pay for it. If you enlist, are dr afted, or recalled to active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces, you will be separated from the Com pany with special reinstatement privileges in accord ance with existing laws.
