Speakers: Robert Wolosin, PHD is a senior researcher at Press Ganey Associates. Dr. Wolosin did his undergraduate work at the University of Chicago and took his doctorate in Social Psychology at the University of Michigan. Dr. Wolosin has worked for 21 years in a Family Practice Residency Program as Director of Behavioral Science. He teaches an undergraduate Medical Anthropology course at a local university, and has presented at national and international conferences including the American College of Physician Executives, the International Society for Quality in Health Care, the European Association for Healthcare Education, and Educational Conferences of the National Association for Healthcare Quality Gary A. Brown, MHA is a solutions consultant with Press Ganey Associates who specializes in quality improvement solutions in healthcare organizations. He has previously done extensive work with the Baptist Health System in San Antonio. He has worked on various strategic initiatives such as patient satisfaction, physician and employee engagement, operational efficiency, business development, and ER throughput. Gary Brown attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois where he earned a Bachelor's in molecular genetics. He also holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
