Es importante ser ingeniero civil ya que el es el encargado de proyectar, diseñar, construir y mantener las obras civiles tales como: urbanización, edificios, unidades habitacionales, sistemas de agua potable y alcantarillado, estructuras hidráulicas, vías de comunicación, entre otros; garantizando la seguridad y economía de las mismas, bajo un marco de respeto y preservación del medio ambientes.
