Kingdom Principles Pastor Paul shared important principles about living in the kingdom. Our Citizenship is by Birth (John 1:12). When we have received Jesus as the Lord of our lives, we immediately moved from the kingdom of darkness into His marvelous light. Our rebirth in the spirit earned us our citizenship in His kingdom and accompanying it is the immeasurable inheritance and blessings. Our Constitution is the Bible. The laws that guides and protect us are those found in the Word of God. If we do not know our constitution, we will not know our rights; which stresses to us the reason why we should read our Bibles. The Bible serves as the written record of the principles, promises, and realities of His Kingdom. Every child of the Kingdom has the legal rights to claim and lay hold of everything the King promised and spoken in His written word. His Word is one with Him. Our Language is Revelation (Proverbs 29:18). In the kingdom of God, we do not operate according to what we see, hear, taste, smell, and feel in the physical but by revelation in the spirit. By the Holy Spirit, we begin to understand (revelation knowledge) the will of God. His Words become alive – freshly spoken Word of God that carries the ability to accomplish the very purpose they were released (Isaiah 55:11). Our heart will bring us to places our mind cannot take us. If we allow the Lord to reveal the abundance in the kingdom, we will live with new perspectives and apply the principles of God in the natural word. Our Commerce is Declaration. We can only get what is in the invisible if we declare it in the physical, to declare it means to get what we have in the spirit. Our Currency is Faith. We can only receive the kingdom riches in the spirit if we have faith. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. Our Taxation is Tithing. We give back the tenth of what we received from God. In any kingdom, the government always requires you to give something, like taxes. This is also true in the kingdom of God where we offer tenth of everything that we own, to receive more from Him. The difference however is that we give our tithes and offerings not on the basis of obligation but an expression of worship and love to the Father King – the Great Provider and Protector. Army of God The kingdom reveals the King. Whatever a kingdom appears to be, it is just a shadow of the Person and Deity of the King. In any kingdom, there is an existing army. More so, with God’s kingdom, in His kingdom there are two armies: the invisible and the visible army.

In I Chronicles 12:20-22, there is an army that is seen (the army of David) waiting for the marching of the invisible army of God (the angelic hosts). Together the two armies united for one purpose, to subdue the Philistines. The invisible armies of God are the legions of angels, commanded to wage war against the principalities and powers of this world. In Joshua 5, Joshua talked to the general of the armies of God. He had an encounter with the army of God. We have to have a clear grasp of the roles of the angelic hosts in the whole purpose of God here on earth. We are called to expand the Kingdom of God to the dark places of the world. The Church cannot do it alone. She has to learn how to walk in unison with the heavenly army of God to see greater results and greater harvest. We, the Church, are the visible army. God is raising up this army into a new level. In the past, the Church only focuses on deliverance or binding of the demonic spirits. This part is essential. The Church should exercise intercession and prophetic declarations continually. However, there is another aspect of spiritual warfare that this new breed of the visible army of God should apply. In Ephesians 3:10 Paul said that through the Church, the MANIFOLD WISDOM OF GOD be made known to the principalities and rulers. This aspect of warfare must be given equal importance if we desire to see an acceleration of the expansion of the Kingdom of God to the dark places of the world. The Church must take her place as the demonstrator, the illustrator of the manifold wisdom of God. She has to exercise authority and dominion on the seven mountains of influence over societies and nations. Pastor Paul further expounded on the weapons of the visible army of God aside from the full armor mentioned in Ephesians 6. It is interesting to note two closely related verses one in Joel 3:10 and other is Isaiah 2:4. The first talks about beating plowshares into swords and pruning hooks to spears while the other says the opposite, beating swords into plowshare and spears into pruning hooks. It is interesting to note, Pastor Paul said that they came from one metal source. The plowshares and the pruning hooks represent the works of our hands, our God-given assignments. As we excel in these areas, we are actually extending the Kingdom of God, bringing an atmosphere of heaven, transforming lives, systems, communities and eventually nations. We need the release of the manifold wisdom of God in every aspect of life to expand His Kingdom bringing down the reality of perfect heaven on this broken earth. He further challenged the leaders to raise up people who will excel in their fields not just in church affairs. If we do not know who we are, we cannot do what we are supposed to do. It is important for us to know our identity in Christ, what we were called for, so that we would know what we are going to do with our time. God desires to give us the kingdom. With that revelation, we should operate according to the perspective of God. We should change our heart and mind because we cannot expect to succeed if we do things

according to our own perspective. If we live IN the Kingdom, BY the kingdom, and FOR the kingdom; then we will have the blessings, immeasurable resources and the favor of the King.

After being spiritually filled from the morning session, we had a lunch break and enjoyed fellowship with co-leaders from different sectors. It was a great time for the family. Equal but Unique: The Men and Women of the Kingdom

Wisdom To take dominion, that is to live for the kingdom of God and to demonstrate the manifold wisdom of God, we should have WISDOM. Wisdom is expressed as integrity, creativity, and excellence in everything that we do. Integrity means being ‘one’. If we are being one with our purpose, identity and our word, then we are applying wisdom. Creativity is not just creating something from nothing, but it also means developing or improving something already in existence. Pieces of twisted metals, broken tools etc. can be made into awesome art pieces in the hands of skilled and seasoned artist. This is creativity. For the majority of individuals they are useless scraps of metals, to him they are the perfect materials for his beautiful creation. The art piece reflects the creativity of the creator. However, creativity is not only in the fields of music and arts. Engineers, architects, businesspersons, teachers, parents have all that built-in God-given ability to be creative. Another aspect of wisdom is excellence. Excellence also means extravagance. Some people think excellence means perfectionism it is not. Perfectionism is a trap, another form of slavery and fear that leads to frustration and discouragement. Excellence is an outward expression of an inspired and passionate soul not a product of oppressed slave. There is a need to change our perspective about excellence and be extravagant in our works. Kingdom people work with excellence because they are filled with love and inspiration from the Father. Taking from what Leif Hetland shared to him, Pastor Paul also expounded on the prophetic vision about eagle Christians who would conquer the seven mountains. The seven mountains of influence in any given society are as follows: Business, Education, Entertainment/Media, Church, Family, Science and Technology/ Research, and Government. As eagle Christians, we were called to rule in the realms and expertise we are assigned to. To be able to demonstrate the power and the reality of the Kingdom of God by the anointing of the Holy Spirit, we must know our specific assignments. With the assignment come the anointing, authority, favor and provision. The pastors prayed for the leaders, that their spiritual eyes would be opened to see the heavenly army, which are the angels in our midst and unite with them in battling against the enemy. The leaders also prayed for the people to be released in their domains, like eagles conquering one of the seven mountains.

The afternoon session was set apart to discuss the important roles of men and women in the Kingdom of God. Pastor Ahl shared about how God designed women, and likewise Pastor Paul shared about the role of men in the Kingdom. In Gen 1:27, God created the spirit man in us: neither man nor woman. God is Spirit, so he created spirit man in His image and likeness. Spirit man is created - meaning he was made out of nothing. He then created the physical man and woman, Adam and Eve. He breathed His life on them and they became living souls. We are equal because of the spirit man but we are unique because of our design. Gal 3:28 emphasizes that all are the same. God said, “It’s not good for man to be alone”. This does not mean that Adam was lonely. He was alone but not lonely. He was already complete in God, doing His work in the Lord. God recognized the need to have a physical partner for Adam. This was the reason why God created Eve. She was not a fill in; she was an added bonus to Adam. Eve was a helper fashioned by God, to complement and help Adam. Adam did not ask but he simply received. Like in the Kingdom, everything is to be received, not achieved. 1Cor 11:3-4 tells us that Christ is the head of the church, just as man is the head of every woman. Men are to serve God, and women to submit to men. Women without covering utter powerless prayers. Women are created to have a covering, an authority over them – who are the men. As for the singles, their covering is their parents, pastors or leaders over them. 1Peter 3:7 says that if the husband is not living in an understanding way with his wife, his prayers are hindered. On the other hand, if authority of her husband does not cover the woman, the angels are just watching the woman and could not recognize her command. (Eph 5:25-33). Phil 2:6-8 talks about the submission of women to men. Like in Eph 5:22-24, which encourages the wives to submit to their husbands, as unto the Lord. They will submit only if the men are also submitted to the Lord. Man has the utmost responsibility to the Lord. The Lord did not reprimand Eve directly when she made the grave mistake of eating of the forbidden fruit. God rebuked Adam because Adam is the covering of Eve. Submission means going under the mission of man or the authority above us and lifting him up until he is released to his mission. The glory of a woman is in submission. A man must have a vision. Many can do their roles but not knowing their purposes in life. This is important for the man to have a clear vision because lack of vision makes people perish. Also with vision comes provision. A woman

accomplishes man’s vision. She is to assist or help to fulfill his God-given vision. Therefore, a woman cannot support a man without a vision. In addition, husbands and wives should have one vision, if not they are not one, but divided. In Luke 11:17, a house that is divided will fall. We should not have two visions: di-vision is division. Man is the leader, and as the headship, the man who lives in the Kingdom should be strong and courageous. This means having the faith to take risks. Men should lead. Some were called to be visionaries but they are not leaders in their field. However, all leaders should be visionaries to lead his family. Man should also be obedient to God’s command. Woman can enhance man’s leadership. However, she can be good or wrong enhancer. An example of a wrong enhancer is Sarah, when she used her power to persuade Abraham to push the promise about fathering nations, thus giving birth to Ishmael. Men are logical thinkers. This is needed if they want to lead their families according to the vision God gave them. What one teaches, so should he do. Women are adaptable. She easily adapts to her environment. She can follow wherever the man/head thinks the best place to go. A woman is a reflector. She reflects what she receives. As the Church reflects Christ, so is the female reflects the male. In 1Cor 11:7, the woman is the glory of the man. She reflects what her partner speaks over her. If a wife is cared for and loved by her husband, it will reflect with how she carries herself, and how she acts. Men are to be cultivators. This means that they should work with their talents and skills, and be able to cultivate it. Man is also the protector. He is to protect his family, properties, etc. Women are not only to give birth to children, but she multiplies what she receives from what the man cultivates. A woman can multiply a single idea. When you give her groceries, she will give you a meal, give her a house, she will give you a home. She has the capability to incubate things in her and they will multiply. She will multiply and overflow in love from the love that she receives from her husband; on the other hand, she can multiply the hurts and pains that her husband gives her. Eve means life-giver. That is why woman is ‘wombedman’. It is in her design to give life, to produce, to create, to influence, to take care, and to take dominion by bearing fruits. The roles given to us are our responsibility. Men and women were called to multiply and fill the earth, to subdue and conquer it. With the knowledge of our uniqueness, we can understand one another better. We can now submit to one another with the knowledge that we are equal but unique.
