Students are assigned into “Senior-Junior Buddy System” where one lower

form homeroom will be paired with another upper form homeroom so they could exercise kindness across age groups.
Starting from 2nd April, Tuesdays will be the day that students dine with their “Senior-Junior Buddy” groups at the dining hall during lunch as

well as play friendly sports/games together to form a strong and caring bond between seniors and juniors.
R.A.K. merits are awarded to Senior-Junior Buddy groups that practise an excellent degree of kindness and care.
3rd APRIL 2019 (WEDNESDAY)
Kindness extends
On Wednesday, students identify some of the

things and items being ‘vandalised’ in the school
beyond People
and work in groups to improve the conditions of these things.
Schoolwide spring cleaning will also be organized after school to clean the fields, hostels, classes and sort the rubbish into recyclable and non-recyclable items.
The homerooms that manage to collect the most rubbish/ to recycle the most items will be awarded with R.A.K. merits
4th APRIL 2019 (THURSDAY)
Cyberbullying is NOT Cool!
The launch of Creating a Peaceful School Learning Environment” (CAPSALE) – students and teachers learn of the dangers of cyberbullying through PSAs that are screened in the school hall
A special force/team amongst teachers and the

students’ representative body is formed to receive reports on cyberbullying – also CYBERBULLYING DEMERIT is introduced
Throughout the day – and onwards, students will upload positive photos and quotes onto Instagram with the #cyberbullyingisnotcool and the most positive photos will be awarded with R.A.K. merit
5th APRIL 2019 (FRIDAY)
CLOSING: RANDOM
ACTS OF KINDNESS
For closing, representatives from each batch / form will present their reflections of the week as well as hopes for the future in a form of public speaking (Pitch 90), poetry slam, etc for 90 minutes.
To ensure that the spirit of the NKW does not stop here, each batch / form will present their community service (CSR) plans and activities ie help a teacher out / making shelters for the strays.
These activities of CSR will be conducted starting Friday evening and extended till Sunday
An R.A.K. Merit being awarded to every homeroom for their commitment and participation throughout the week to end the nationwide NKW celebration.
